Been a long time (almost a year I think) since I updated this blog and a lot of projects as a result to report. Most recently and a real surprise to me, I started about six weeks ago pretty much out of the blue making drawings. I decided one sleepless night to order a set of Tombow brush markers and a 5 x 7 watercolor pad (hot press, don't know why, just did) and ever since they arrived have been doodling away breaks in the day and wandering into Blick when I am in the loop and adding more markers to my collection so that I now have about 40. I never was any kind of draughtsman before, never, not even the littlest bit, but the habit is forming.
